SERVICE AGREEMENT & CONTRACT FOR HVAC INSTALLATION
PARTIES
This agreement is between Wake Forest HVAC Company ("Contractor"), located in Wake Forest, NC, and the customer identified in this order form ("Customer"). By checking the box below and submitting payment, Customer agrees to all terms set forth herein.
SCOPE OF WORK

PERMITS & CODE COMPLIANCE
Contractor will obtain all required local and state permits and will schedule the required Wake County code inspection. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable North Carolina Mechanical Code and Wake County building regulations. Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for inspections.
PRICING & PAYMENT
The estimated total price for this project is as shown in the Order Summary above. This price is based on information provided by Customer. Should a site visit reveal conditions materially different from information submitted (e.g., unusual access, code-required upgrades not identified in advance), final pricing may be adjusted by Contractor. Any price adjustment shall not exceed 10% of the original estimated total. Customer will be notified of any adjustment before work begins and must approve in writing prior to proceeding.
Customer agrees to pay a Custom Priority Reservation fee of $8,978.68 at the time of booking to secure their installation date and priority scheduling. The remaining balance of the total project cost is due on the day of installation. All payments are processed securely via Square.
Cancellation: Customer may cancel this agreement within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Cancellations must be made by phone call only to 919-412-4873. Cancellations after 24 hours but before the scheduled install date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds after installation has begun.
WARRANTIES
- 12-Year Manufacturer Parts Warranty: Daikin equipment registered by Contractor at installation. Covers defective parts as defined by Daikin's warranty terms. Labor not included in manufacturer warranty unless 10-Year Labor Warranty is purchased.
- Lifetime Heat Exchanger Warranty: Applicable to gas furnace systems. Subject to Daikin warranty terms.
- 1-Year Labor Warranty: Included on all installations. Contractor will correct any installation defects at no charge within 1 year of installation date.
- 10-Year Labor Warranty (Optional Add-On — $1,500): If selected and paid, Contractor will provide labor for all covered warranty-related repairs for 10 years from date of installation. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original installation address only.
Warranties are void if equipment is tampered with, modified, or serviced by a non-licensed technician.
WORKMANSHIP & PROPERTY PROTECTION
Contractor will take reasonable precautions to protect Customer's property during installation, including protecting finished flooring, landscaping, and painted surfaces. Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing conditions uncovered during installation. Any damage caused directly by Contractor's negligence will be repaired at Contractor's expense.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer represents that information submitted in this form is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- Customer will ensure clear access to the installation area on the scheduled date.
- Customer will ensure all pets are secured during installation.
- An adult (18+) must be present at the property during the entire installation.
- Customer is responsible for ensuring the gas service and electrical panel are accessible.
SCHEDULING
After payment, a Wake Forest HVAC representative will contact Customer within 1 business day to confirm the installation date. Scheduling is subject to availability. Contractor will make every reasonable effort to accommodate Customer's scheduling preferences.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Contractor's liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by Customer. Contractor is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost income, food spoilage, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions in Customer's home.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wake County, NC, under North Carolina arbitration law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, together with the Order Summary generated by this form, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
