Agreement to Terms
By scheduling service with Wake Forest HVAC Company ("Company," "we," "our"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all HVAC services provided by Wake Forest HVAC Company and your use of our communication services.
Services
Wake Forest HVAC Company provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services including but not limited to: system repair, maintenance, installation, diagnostic evaluation, and equipment replacement. All services are performed by trained HVAC technicians in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided by Wake Forest HVAC Company are based on information available at the time of evaluation. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will communicate any changes in scope or cost before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash, and check. Payments are processed securely through Square. For maintenance plan customers with a card on file, monthly charges are processed automatically on the enrollment date each month.
Maintenance Plans
Wake Forest HVAC Company offers maintenance plans ("Care Plus") that include scheduled preventive maintenance visits. Maintenance plan pricing, frequency, and included services are as described at the time of enrollment. You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time by contacting our office. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
📱 Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
By providing your mobile phone number when scheduling service — whether by phone, online form, or in person — you consent to receive service-related text messages from Wake Forest HVAC Company. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
- Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
- Estimate and invoice delivery
- Payment confirmation receipts

Warranty
Wake Forest HVAC Company warranties its labor for 12 months from the date of service. Manufacturer equipment warranties are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
Wake Forest HVAC Company's liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We make every effort to arrive within scheduled time windows. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by calling (919) 412-4873. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.
Property Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to your HVAC equipment, including indoor and outdoor units, electrical panels, and attic or crawl space access as needed. Our technicians may decline to perform work if conditions present a safety hazard.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
